1 Parties and Conclusion
Your contractor is Kari Kari GmbH, Kalkbreitestr. 43, 8003 Zurich.
By clicking the button "Complete my purchase" you give a binding order of the products in your shopping cart.
You will recive the order confirmation immediately after placing the order.
The purchase price is due for payment with the "confirmation" of the order.
The goods remain property of Kari Kari GmbH until full payment.

2 Prices
For orders via our online store, prices apply which are listed at the time of order. The prices are final swiss prices, which means that they already contain value added tax (VAT) of 8.10 %.

3 Shipping & Delivery
All shipments are dispatched by Swiss Post.
For deliveries within Switzerland we charge CHF 8.00. All orders above CHF 50 are shipped for free.
For deliveries to Europe we charge CHF 25.00 and to all other countries CHF 35.00 per shipment.
Please note that when ordering from abroad additional customs fees may be charged by the country of origin. These costs must be taken by the buyer.
Return shipping costs for packages which are not picked up and returned will be charged to the buyer.
The delivery time for standard shipping is 3 - 7 days.
We cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance when shipping outside of Switzerland. 

4. Withdrawal and Return Policy
You can return the items bought within 7 days from receiving your order (date of postal stamp).
We can refund unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused items with their original tags. Footwear and accessories should be returned in the original boxes provided.
Sale items can only be refunded by store credit or gift cards. Underwear and Swimwear can not be refunded due to hygienic standards.

Goods that get lost during shipment cannot be refunded. We recommend to use a tracking number when returning goods.
Once we have received your item we will refund you by your original payment method.
For returns from abroad we reserve the right to charge you for possible customs duties.

5 Method of payment
You can either pay when you pick up your order at our store, by bank transfer in advance, PayPal, Twint or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You can choose the method of payment in your shopping cart. Below all payment methods are listed:

5.1 Pick up at our store
The goods have to be picked up in our store in Zürich within 7 days after you placed your order. Our location and opening times can be found here.
Upon expiry of this time we reserve the right to cancel your order but of course we will send you a notification by email first.

5.2 Prepayment
Your payment must be done within 7 days after your order. Upon expiry of this time we reserve the right to cancel your order but of course we will send you a notification by email first. As soon as we recive your payment we will ship your goods within 1-3 working days.

5.3 PayPal
PayPal accepts all major debit and credit cards. To use the PayPal payment option, you need to log into PayPal once. More information about PayPal can be found here: www.paypal.com

5.4 Credit Card
Visa / Mastercard / American Express. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.

6.0 Miscellaneous
Even though we take good care of our photo library, images of the articles are provided as illustration only and are not binding. Due to digital imaging slight color variations may occur.

7.0 Jurisdiction
Jurisdiction is Zürich. Thereby, Swiss law applies exclusively.
